In excercise of the discretionary powers conferred by Para 16(2) read with Para 20BB of the Sixth Schedule to the Constitution of India, the Governor of Mizoram is pleased to assume all functions or powers vested in or exercisable by the Chakma Autonomous District Council vide the Govt. of Mizoram Notification No.A.43016/3/2018-DC&MA(C)/232 dated Aizawl, the 16^th December 2022.
