Gen. V. K. Singh, the Hon’ble Governor of Mizoram has assumed all powers and functions of CADC for six months vide Notification No. A.43016/3/2023-DC&MA(C)/Pt. dated Aizawl the 7th July 2025. Further, the Hon’ble Governor is pleased to declare that said powers and functions shall be exercised on his behalf by the Deputy Commissioner, Lawngtlai District.
The Hon’ble Governor has extended his assumption of all powers and functions of CADC for a further six months vide Notification No. A.43016/3/2023-DC&MA (C) dated Aizawl the 12th January 2026.
