It is hereby notified by Land Revenue and Settlement Department, CADC that henceforth, a ‘Sale Deed/Agreement’ duly prepared by judicial magistrate and duly signed by both the buyer and the seller, shall be mandatorily attached along with the application form as a prerequisite for consideration of any application for mutation, division or extension of land passes within the jurisdiction of the Chakma Autonomous District Council.
