CIRCULAR

In pursuance of the letter received from Deputy Commissioner Lawngtlai vide letter No.H.14015/22/2019-dc/ELN(LTI)/136 : dt. 07/10/2023 that Assessment & Certification camp of PwDs in respect of 36-Tuichawng A/C shall be organised by Social Welfare and Tribal Affairs Department, Government of Mizoram in the place and date and time mentioned below.

1. Venue	:	SDO (C) Office, Chawngte
2. Date & Time	:	13.10.2023 at 9:00 AM

Therefore Booth Level Officers under 36-Tuichawng (ST) A/C and village council presidents under Chawngte Civil Sub-Division are requested to ascertain PwDs voters in their respective jurisdiction and guide them to attend the above programme without fail.

Mandatory required documents for such PwDs are as follows:

1. Clear recent passport size photos – 2 copies
2. Aadhaar Card Xerox – 1 copy
3. Proof of address (Family Ration Card/Voter ID)

THIS MAY BE TREATED TOP PRIORITY AND MOST URGENT.

(Note : PwDs voters who were left out from the list can also attend the programme)
