Renaming of the post of DAEO as DCAEO
In view of the administrative structure of the Autonomous District Councils and in the interest of public service, the Executive Committee of Chakma Autonomous District Council is pleased to change the designation of the Head of the Adult Education
Department, Chakma Autonomous District Council. The designation of “District Adult Education Officer” is, therefore, changed and re-designated as “District Council Adult Education Officer”.

Renaming of Duichuni Factory to Mineral Water Bottling Plant.
In pursuance of decision made by the Executive Committee Meeting held on 10th & 11th August, 2026 under Additional Item No. 5(Five), the Executive Committee of Chakma Autonomous District Council is pleased to change the name of “DUICHUNI FACTORY” located at Kamalanagar-IV into “MINERAL WATER BOTTLING PLANT”.
Further, the Executive Committee of Chakma Autonomous District Council is also pleased to convert the assets of “DUICHUNI FACTORY” into the said “MINERAL WATER BOTTLING PLANT”. Henceforth, all necessary correspondences may be communicated accordingly.

Notification: Sale Deed made mandatory for application for mutation, division or extension of land passes
It is hereby notified by Land Revenue and Settlement Department, CADC that henceforth, a ‘Sale Deed/Agreement’ duly prepared by judicial magistrate and duly signed by both the buyer and the seller, shall be mandatorily attached along with the application form as a prerequisite for consideration of any application for mutation, division or extension of land passes within the jurisdiction of the Chakma Autonomous District Council.

Notification: Application forms for Common Question Examination 2026-27 for schools under DSEB
This is to inform all Headmasters and Headmistresses of both Middle and Primary Schools (Government and Private) affiliated with the District School Education Board (DSEB) that the application forms for the Common Question Examination for PSCE(Class-IV) and MSCE(Class-VIII) candidates for the Academic Session 2026-2027 are now available.
All concerned Headmasters and Headmistresses are requested to collect the application forms from the DSEB Office from 14th September, 2026, during office hours and the duly filled in candidate form must be submitted to the
office of the undersigned on or before 9th October, 2026 during office hour.
Sealed Tender Notice: Grant of Permit for collection, harvesting and trade of broom grass (2026-27)
Sealed tenders are hereby invited from eligible bidders for the grant of permit for collection, harvesting, and trade of broom grass (Thysanolaena maxima) from the forest areas of Chakma Autonomous District Council for the collection season 2026-27.
Notification on upgradation of Parva Revenue Circle to Revenue Division
In the interest of public service and pursuant to the decision taken by the Executive Committee, Chakma Autonomous District Council in its meeting held on 10th & 11th of August, 2026 under item No.24, the Executive Committee, Chakma Autonomous District Council is pleased to Upgrade the Parva Revenue Circle to Parva Revenue Division with immediate effect.
The administrative jurisdiction of the newly created Parva Revenue Division shall be with the existing area of the Parva Revenue Circle.
