CIRCULAR: Resumption of Helicopter Service

As per Helicopter weekly schedule of operation and new fare w.e.f 21/08/2023 issued by GAD (Aviation Wing), Govt. of Mizoram, helicopter service between Aizawl and Kamalanagar (Chawngte) resumed w.e.f. 04/03/2024. It shall operate on every Thursday of a week at a revised rate of fare.

Therefore, it is hereby informed that for those interested in availing the Helicopter Service, bookings may be done by contacting the following officials:

As provided under Sub-Rules (3) & (4) of Rule 33 of the Chaka Autonomous District Council (Constitution. Conduct of Business, etc.) Rules, 2002 and as amended from time to time, the Deputy Chairman, Chakma Autonomous District Council is pleased to summon the Members of the 11th Chakma Autonomous District Council to sit for the Budget Session 2024-2025 to be commenced from 9th April (Tuesday) 2024 at 10.30 A.M. in the Session Hall of Chakma Autonomous District Council, Kamalanagar.

Notification inviting applications for assistance under PMMSY

Administrative approval for an amount of Rs.194.00 lakhs (Rupees one hundred ninety four lakhs) only under Pradhan Mantri Matsya Sampada Yojana (PMMSY) has been received from the Department of Fisheries, Govt. of India, vides F.No.117012/17/2020-Fy (E-17219) Dated the 9th February’ 2024, in respect of Chakma Autonomous District Council during 2023-2024.

In anticipation of sanction of the above mentioned amount, the Fishery Department, Chakma Autonomous District Council invites interested and capable fish farmers to avail assistance against various CSS components of PMMSY.

Anand Kumar Chakma appointed as President of DSEB

In exercise of the powers conferred under Sub-Rule 1 & 2 of Rule 15 of the Chakma Autonomous District Council (District School Education Board) Rules, 2002, the Executive Committee of Chakma Autonomous District Council is pleased to appoint Shri Anand Kumar Chakma, S/o Shri Nogendra Chakma of Devasora North as President of the District School Education Board (DEB), Chakma Autonomous District Council for a period of 3 (three) years with immediate effect.

Transfer of Ashman Chakma to General Services as Controller of Examination

In the interest of public service, the Executive Committee of Chakma Autonomous District Council is pleased to transfer the services of Shri Ashman Chakma, MST presently attached to DSEB to general services and shall hold the post of the Controller of Examination in the level 10 of pay matrix which he is already enjoying plus all other allowances as admissible under rules from time to time with immediate effect.

Issuance of Admit Cards for PSCE & MSCE 2024

This is to notify to all concerned that the District School Education Board, Chakma Autonomous District Council has decided to issue Admit Card from 8th January to 15th January, 2024 both for PSCE & MSCE candidates who are going to appear in the Common Examination. 2024.

Therefore, all Heads of Institutions are informed to collect the Admit Cards of their respective School from the office of DEB during office hours as per the dates mentioned above.
