Whereas the tenure of the Business Advisory Committee (BAC) of Chakma Autonomous District Council expired on 19/04/2018 and whereas for the greater interest of Chakma Autonomous District Council, the existence and function of the BAC cannot be ignored in no way.

Now, therefore in exercise of powers conferred under Rule 141(1) of the Chakma Autonomous District Council (Constitution, Conduct of Business etc.) Rules 2002 and as amended from time to time, the Chairman of Chakma Autonomous District Council is pleased to constitute the Business Advisory Committee of Chakma Autonomous District Council, afresh with the following members:

Re-constitution of Scrutinizing Committee of service records and pay fixation

The Executive Committee of the Chakma Autonomous District Council is pleased to re-constitute the Scrutinizing Committee of service records, pay fixation etc. of all categories of employees working under the Chakma Autonomous District Council made on the adoption of Mizoram Revision of Pay (MROP) Rules, 2010 consisting of the members as under:

Appointment of Shri D. Janjil Chakma as President, DSEB

NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred under Sub-Rule 2 of Rule 15 the Chakma Autonomous District Council (District School Education Board) Rules 2002, the Executive Committee of Chakma Autonomous District Council is pleased to appoint Shri D. Janjil Chakma s/o Shri (L) Parthajit Chakma as president of the District Education Board(DSEB) for a period of three years with immediate effect.

The President, DSEB will be entitled to salary/TA/DA and all other facilities as Executive Member of the Chakma Autonomous District Council.

The expenditure for salary/TA/DA shall be borne under Non-Plan salary head.
