In pursuance of the notification vide No.H.14011/4/2008-DC&MA(C) of dated Aizawl, the 14th July, 2026 and as provided under Rule 31 of the Chakma Autonomous District Council (Constitution, Conduct of Business, etc) Rules, 2002 and as amended from time to time, the Deputy Chairman, Chakma Autonomous District Council is pleased to summon all members of the 11^th Chakma Autonomous District Council to attend and elect the new Chairman of the Chakma Autonomous District Council as per schedule furnished below:-

1. Dt. 15^th July, 2026 (Wednesday) :
   (a) Filling up nomination paper for election of Chairman to the Chakma Autonomous District Council from 10.30 A.M to 3.00 Р.M.
   (b) Scrutiny of nomination paper from 3:00 P.M to 3:30 P.M.
   (c) Withdrawal of nomination paper from 3:30 P.M to 4:00 Р.М.
   (d) Declaration of valid candidates after 4:00 P.M.
2. Dt. 16^th July, 2026 (Thursday) :
   (a) Election of Chairman of the Chakma Autonomous District Council in Session Hall, Kamalanagar from 10:30 A.M.
