Molin Kumar Chakma, MDC, formally assumed office today as the Vice-Chairman of the Planning and Development Board of the 11th Chakma Autonomous District Council (CADC). It is chaired ex-officio by the Chief Executive Member, with the Vice-Chairman appointed by the Governor; the Planning &amp; Development Officer functioning as the Member Secretary, and three other members forming part of the committee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A short programme was held at the office of the newly appointed Vice-Chairman to mark the occasion. It was attended by Dg. Sanjib Chakma, MDC; Dg. Ananta Bikash Chakma, MDC; Dg. Sundor Muni Chakma, Deputy Chairman; Dg.
