ORDER<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Whereas an order for further extension of lockdown till 21.06.2021 was issued by the Mizoram State Disaster Authority vide Order of even No. dated 12.06.2021;<\/p>\n\n\n\n And whereas, the prolonged total lockdown has affected livelihood activities, the competent authority has decided to lift certain restrictions in order to ease the hardship faced by the general public;<\/p>\n\n\n\n And whereas, new COVID-19 cases continue to remain high, it is also decided to re-open activities in a staggered manner so as to strike a balance between economic activities and disease containment measures thereby preventing further escalation of COVID-19 cases.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Therefore, the undersigned in his capacity as Chairman, State Executive Committee, and in exercise of the powers conferred under Section 22(2)(h) & 24 (l) of the Disaster Management Act, 2005 hereby orders that guidelines appended hereto shall be scrupulously implemented with effect from 4:00 AM of 21.06.2021 till 4:00 AM of 30.06.2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Sd\/- LALNUNMAWIA CHUAUNGO No.B.1302l\/101\/2O2O-DMR\/Vol-IVGOVERNMENT OF MIZORAMDISASTER MANAGEMENT & REHABILITATION DEPARTMENT Aizawl, the 18th of June, 2O21.
