Uday Tongchangya, Executive Member i\/c LAD, etc. While emphasizing the need to provide the village councils with the basic essentials like almirahs, benches, etc. he stated that this initiative will go to fulfill the gap.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Each village council was allotted one steel almirah and 10 numbers of low benches.
