WHEREAS the Legislative Assembly of Mizoram is not in session, and the Governor of Mizoram is satisfied that circumstances exist which render it necessary for him to take immediate action;<\/p>\n\n\n\n
NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by clause (1) of article 213 of the Constitution, the Governor of Mizoram is pleased to promulgate the following Ordinance,<\/p>\n\n\n\n
