Projected expenditure under Plan sector was for an amount of Rs.469.00 lakhs and Rs.1170.06 lakhs \u00a0under Non-plan sector of normal grant-in-aid.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Earlier, in the previous Session of the Council \u2018Vote on Account\u2019 for expenditure for the first four months of the current financial year was obtained. The Hon\u2019ble CEM, CADC said, it was necessary because the Plan Outlay for the year 2014-15 then was not finalized due to General Election to Members of Parliament. This time the Government at the Centre was formed very recently and therefore, the Annual Plan size of the State could not be finalized and the State Government had to go for a Second \u2018Vote on Account\u2019. Since, the Council\u2019s Budget Allocation is determined by the State Annual Plan size, the Council also had to go for a second \u2018Vote on Account\u2019.<\/p>\n<p>Except Dangu Susen Chakma, EM, all other members were present. The Hon\u2019ble Chairman Dangu Kali Kumar Tongchangya was on the Chair. The Session discussed as many as seven unstarred questions. The Session was adjourned at 12:00 noon.
