V. K. Singh, the Hon\u2019ble Governor of Mizoram has assumed all powers and functions of CADC for six months vide Notification\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.cadc.gov.in\/2025\/07\/07\/governors-rule-imposed-in-cadc-2025\/\">No. A.43016\/3\/2023-DC&amp;MA(C)\/Pt. dated Aizawl the 7<sup>th<\/sup>\u00a0July 2025<\/a>. Further, the Hon&#8217;ble Governor is pleased to declare that said powers and functions shall be exercised on his behalf by the Deputy Commissioner, Lawngtlai District. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Hon&#8217;ble Governor has extended his assumption of all powers and functions of CADC for a further six months vide Notification <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cadc.gov.in\/2026\/01\/13\/governor-extends-governors-rule-to-address-political-instability-within-the-chakma-autonomous-district-council\/\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"5429\">No. A.43016\/3\/2023-DC&amp;MA (C) dated Aizawl the 12<sup>th<\/sup> January 2026<\/a>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Gen.
