Kamalanagar, May 25, 2018: In a two day tour programme on May 24 and 25, the new CEM, CADC Dg. Shanti Jiban Chakma in keeping with his pledge to make school education a priority of his government visited most of the schools in and around Kamalanagar town area.
He was accompanied by Dg. Onish Moy Chakma, E/M i/c Middle School Education, Dg. Sanjiv Chakma, E/M i/c Primary School Education and Dg. Gana Chandra Chakma, Education Officer.

The team has interacted with the School Management Committees and the teaching staff. Problems and suggestions that came up during the interaction were recorded. The students were also interacted with and asked about various government progamme like Mid-day meal, free school text book, uniform grant, etc.
The schools that have been visited were Baganpara PS, Bajeisora CMS, KCM PS, Kamalanagar-II PS, Nirupam CMS, Saizawh ‘W’ PS, Saizawh ‘W’ MS, Kamalanagar-I Govt. CMS, Kamalanagar Public School, KMM CMS, RCM CMS, Nalbonya CMS and Udalthana-I CMS.
